ANTI TWIST SYSTEM:Our new Anti Twist System, with its channel on the extension and a matching cleat system, puts an end to using additional forces whilst locking your adjustable system. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Shipping
CHECK THE DELIVERY TIME OF YOUR ITEM. You can see it in the product sheet. If the item indicates "in stock" when placing the order, the delivery time is 24-48 working hours for orders placed before 12:30 PM, unless clearly stated otherwise in the product description.
