Al Merrick New Flyer
In 1999, Al Merrick designed the Flyer, revolutionizing high performance surfing on small waves. By 2013 the Channel Islands Surfboards modernized that initial shape of the Flyer into a shorter and wider surfboard. This new shape allowed to carry the same volume but a shorter surfboard. Al Merrick kept the two-stage rocker and added a spiral vee that started in front of the keels to allow for quick transitions from edge to edge.
The Al Merrick New Flyer is a short and wide hybrid surfboard. An easy to surf, forgiving board that is now available with a unidirectional carbon strip at the bottom. The carbon hardens the centre of the board, increasing flexion and flexion in the tail and therefore providing a narrower turning radius. The carbon also reinforces the central part of the board against breaks without weight being detected. If you want to make any modification in the measures of your board and add or remove a few inches or a liter you can contact us to pass your custom order to the workshop. In case of not having stock available in your size and configuration of selected keels we will pass order of manufacture to the official workshop Channel Islands in Europe and we will deliver your board in a term of 4-6 weeks. Al Merrick's Channel Island surfboards are manufactured at the Olatu factory in the Basque Country. Single Quiver is the official Channel Island Europe shop.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Shipping

Free for orders over 50 euros in the Peninsula and Portugal.
