YOW Skalle 34" Christenson x Surfskate

The YOW Christenson Skalle is the most Old School model of the collection. It is the most similar to a conventional skate in terms of the shape of the surfboard and axles. This model mounts the old YOW S5 axle and includes the risers, screws and everything needed to turn it into a surfskate. The wheels are also smaller than the conventional Cinetic wheels that all other YOWs come with.

YOW Christenson 34" Skalle Surfskate

After a few emails during the creative process with Chris, YOW and Christenson agreed on the need to create a new surfskate shape inspired by the old school skateboarding surfboards that we all love, but with updated specs that could make it even more functional when ridden with a surfskate system. Thus, the Skalle 34" was born, a high performance surfskate made especially for bowls and ramps.

Molded with nose and tail rocker and high concave, attributes that will help you take your surfskate to the next level while keeping your feet glued to the surfboard, and designed with a short wheel base (17") for increased reactivity. New rockers in the nose and tail and a pronounced concave will help you progress through your most radical maneuvers while keeping your feet firmly planted on the surfboard. It also features a short wheelbase (17″) for increased reactivity and 66x51mm 78A Ura wheels that will keep the surfboard glued to the ground at all times and give you good control when sliding.

In this edition, the surfboard comes mounted with YOW's Meraki S5 axle.
